/help/ is the part of the site that earns links from people who never buy anything, which is fine: those links are what lift the template pages. Each article answers one question a person actually types, in the voice of a studio that has printed a lot of paper. 600 to 900 words, one diagram or screenshot only where it genuinely helps, no stock photos. Human-voice pass before commit. Two ship in Phase 0, four in Phase 2.

Each article ends with a two-line "The short version" box, because most readers came for one setting. Schema: Article with datePublished and a real dateModified when the text actually changes. They sit in the sitemap, are linked from the footer, and each template's print notes link to the one that applies.
